UK Packs (Eastpak) is looking for an exceptional Sales Representative to join their UK sales team, based in London. The successful candidate will drive the commercial development of a selected distribution channel and work closely with the UK sales and VM team and the central Business Planning and Merchandising teams.
Requirements
- Developing sustainable and profitable sales of Eastpak Brand through effective management of an assigned portfolio of customers
- Planning and executing business activities to deliver against sales, distribution, and segmentation targets
- Identifying, opening, and developing new accounts while ensuring optimal territory management and distribution aligned with brand strategy
- Delivering compelling and professional product presentations to your account base, grounded in a strong understanding of the Eastpak Go-To-Market strategy
- Running seasonal staff training sessions (formal and informal), ensuring partner teams are knowledgeable, engaged, and motivated to sell the brand
- Ensuring strong in-store visibility and premium product presentation, in line with brand guidelines, using appropriate signage and POS materials
- Collaborating closely with your channel marketing partner to support the development and execution of impactful trade marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and analysing weekly sell-through data to support order management, drive in-season reorders, and optimise future range planning
