Job Description
January Digital is seeking a Director of Analytics who will serve as a key partner to clients, helping them understand performance, navigate measurement approaches, and make confident marketing decisions grounded in data. The ideal candidate has recent hands-on experience in media analytics, a strong foundation in media measurement, and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable business insights.
Requirements
- Serve as a primary analytics lead for clients, translating complex measurement into clear, actionable insights
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and managers, providing guidance, feedback, and support on their work
- Lead advanced media measurement across paid search, paid social, retail media networks, CTV, and upper-funnel channels
- Develop and refine AI inputs, effective use of key tools, and the ability to apply AI to real business challenges
