Senior Coordinator, Paid Media

January Digital is seeking a Senior Coordinator for their agency team to manage tactical activation tasks across digital marketing platforms and develop client communications to drive successful outcomes. The role requires a collaborative and detail-oriented individual with a working knowledge of paid media channels, a strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, and excellent communication skills. January Digital is a hybrid company with offices in NYC and Dallas that values collaboration, innovation, and social responsibility.

Requirements

• 1-2 year's experience in managing paid media in one or more digital channels
• Experience with performance media principles - driving effective ROAS / CPA, maximizing lead generation, and marketing subscription-based programs
• Previous client management experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Certification preferred
• Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals & web analytics platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
• Strong analytics skills to troubleshoot issues
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
