Business Analyst-Agiloft / CMS BA role involves working as the primary liaison between legal, procurement and distribution business functions to gather and document business requirements, analysing and mapping current contract lifecycle processes, and supporting the configuration, testing, and deployment of contract management tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst operating with vendor products, complex meta data structures and multiple business demands
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and related regulatory requirements
- Strong system configuration skills, hands on changes to the application will be essential
- Experience with specific contract management platforms, ideally Agiloft
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, work closely with developers and assist with QA
- Proficiency in process modelling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, with strong Jira skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including solution design support
- Comfortable working in a hybrid and cross-functional environment
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
