Business Manager, Investment Trusts

Janus Henderson is seeking a Business Manager, Investment Trusts to provide business management support to the Investment Trust business and be responsible for business operations and project management, process improvement, product governance/implementation and market analysis. The role will ensure that our investment trust business operates efficiently, meets regulatory requirements, and contributes to our growth activities.

Requirements

• Significant experience in asset and investment management, ideally in a business management or support role with exposure to investment trusts, funds, or similar structures
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of financial markets, regulations, and investment products
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with a proactive attitude and proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines
• Effective collaborator and team player, capable of engaging senior management and cross-functional teams, with demonstrated project management expertise
