Air Export Specialist

JAS is an international supply chain services company seeking an Air Export Specialist to facilitate the movement of products/equipment/materials out of China via air freight.

Requirements

• Prepare/coordinate necessary documentation for air export activities
• Communicate with export related authorities and customers
• Manage carrier/vendor rates and communicate with overseas agents and clients
• Track shipments and update customers/agents of status
• Create and maintain customer files
• Customer invoicing and payable approval
• Audit files to ensure accuracy and completion
• Interaction with coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
