Business Development Manager

JAS is an international, non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. The Business Development Manager is responsible for increasing gross profit and market share while developing ongoing relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business development experience, ideally within international freight forwarding and logistics services
• Experience with CRM and CMS tools preferred
• Thorough knowledge of freight forwarding industry to include - air/ocean/imports/exports/customs brokerage operations
• Must have a deep knowledge of the local market, customers, and competitive landscape
• Strong leadership presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Skilled in consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
