Commercial Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to oversee commercial aspects of projects, lead contract negotiations, and prepare financial reports. You will be responsible for driving profitability and strategic growth within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial management or a similar role, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of contract management processes and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability and strategic mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
