Job Description
JASARA PMC is looking for a Contracts Manager to join our team, overseeing the entire contract management process, negotiating, drafting, and managing all project contracts, with a keen focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management, particularly within the construction or engineering sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and competing priorities effectively.
