Contracts / Procurement Manager

JASARA PMC is looking for a Contracts / Procurement Manager to oversee contracting and procurement activities for civil engineering projects, ensuring quality goods and services while adhering to regulatory and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in contracts and procurement management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
