Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced Crowd Management Manager for a major mixed-use real estate project in Makkah. The role requires developing and implementing comprehensive crowd management plans to handle the unique dynamics of a bustling real estate environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public safety, emergency management, or relevant degree in transport, engineering, or similar fields
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in crowd management or a related role, preferably in large events or mixed-use developments
- Industry experience in crowd management or pedestrian modelling
- Experience working on crowdâflow modelling projects
- Experience in tools such as Viswalk, Legion, MassMotion, Pathfinder (or equivalents)
- Ability to review technical documents and modelling outputs
- Ability to extract and consolidate stakeholder requirements
- Ability to prepare structured technical reports and summaries
- Strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
- Strong communication skills for technical and nonâtechnical audiences
- Strong knowledge of crowd dynamics, safety regulations, and emergency management practices
- Experience in coordinating with law enforcement and emergency service agencies
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Arabic and English preferred
- Ability to make swift decisions in high-pressure environments
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Experience in implementing technology and tools for crowd management is a plus
