As a Facilities Manager at JASARA PMC, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for all employees and visitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of building systems and maintenance practices
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in facility management software and computer applications
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments
- Certification in Facilities Management (e.g. CFM, FMP) is a plus
