Planning Manager - (EOI)

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Planning Manager for a Mixed-use development project. The Planning Manager will lead the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of the project to ensure successful delivery aligned with stakeholders' expectations and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and control comprehensive project schedules for mixed-use development projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align planning activities and meet project milestones.
• Implement schedule risk analysis, identifying potential impacts and proposing mitigation plans.
• Prepare regular reporting and presentations for senior management and stakeholders regarding schedule status, forecasts, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, contractual requirements, and corporate standards.
• Lead planning meetings and drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and tools.
• Collaborate closely with cost, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate planning efforts.
