Project Director

JASARA PMC is seeking a Project Director to manage and oversee high-impact construction projects, guiding project teams to ensure successful completion while adhering to time and budget constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• A minimum of 20 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience in building high-performing teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Familiarity with local construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices is desirable.
