Job Description
The QA/QC Manager shall have full responsibility and authority for managing, implementing, and enforcing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control requirements on the Project.
Requirements
- Implement and manage the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP)
- Enforce Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and inspection hold points
- Ensure all inspections, tests, and certifications are completed and approved prior to activity closure
- Verify all materials comply with approved specifications and submittals
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and regulatory requirements
- Monitor workmanship quality across civil, architectural, MEP, and modular works
- Issue, manage, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Mandatory use of Aconex for QA/QC documentation and approvals
- Mandatory working knowledge of CAD for drawing review and discrepancy identification
- Lead and manage QA/QC inspectors and interface with Contractor QA/QC teams
