JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Commercial & Cost Manager to oversee commercial and cost-related activities across projects, ensuring accurate budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial and cost management, preferably in the construction or engineering sector on large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial practices.
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost modeling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
