Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and various stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fully understood and met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 15 years of construction management experience, with a focus on large-scale projects in Mixed Use Hotels & Buildings.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
