Job Description
The Applications Engineer is responsible for evaluating requests for proposals, analyzing customer needs, and developing detailed proposals and project cost estimates.
Requirements
- Review incoming requests for quotes and evaluate the requirements and concept feasibility
- Review customer specifications for completeness and request additional documentation
- Conceptualize and quote systems solutions
- Obtain quotes for major purchased items from outside vendors
- Create detailed and accurate cost estimate budget, customer proposal document, and proposal drawings
