A Wedding & Social Events Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for wedding and social events at Jay Peak Resort.
Requirements
- Work closely with Wedding Sales Manager and internal departments
- Maintain active trace/follow-up system for incoming inquiry calls and daily job duties
- Generate complete and correct daily event schedules and reader boards
- Prepare and maintain weekly reports
- Learn to be fully versed in all venue locations
- Organize and keep filing system of past groups
