Job Description
The Line Operations Manager supports and monitors line operations, contributes to On Time Performance (OTP), and maintains a safe operation within the organization. The role involves providing regional support to Chief Pilots, overseeing daily operations, and participating in interviewing and selection processes.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma is required.
- At least 2 years of experience working in an aviation (or other industry) operations environment.
- Leadership with the ability to delegate while maintaining overall control and direction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
