Operations Manager

Operations Manager is responsible for leading the overall performance and management of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, AZ. The role provides leadership across all functional areas of the plant including production, quality, safety, maintenance, and supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5–7 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience leading plant operations, including production, quality, and supply chain functions
• Proven track record of improving safety, operational performance, and overall plant efficiency
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and cost control
• P&L responsibility or strong financial acumen with the ability to manage costs and drive performance metrics
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to develop teams and drive results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with customers and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/MRP systems (J.D. Edwards or similar preferred)
