Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight and process effectiveness of quality assurance systems, implementing policies and procedures that improve quality awareness, controls, and accountability. They will ensure components are being tested, repaired, and overhauled in accordance with technical data, and enforce a high standard of cleanliness and functionality.

Requirements

• Maintain the corrective/preventive action program
• Monitor, evaluate and assign corrective actions
• Assist and/or develop quality PDCA's
• Report ongoing activities to management
• Collect and analyze critical quality data, metrics, KPI's
• Provide monthly reports on problem areas
• Assist Quality Manager in the development of Surveillance Plans
• Develop internal process audits for all areas of focus in each department
• Conduct internal process audits
• Train quality team members on internal process auditing process and techniques
• Work with engineering, continuous improvement, and operations to improve products and process
• Develop critical to quality standards and procedures
• Develop quality documents to support Quality Management System (QMS)
• Direct and support quality team members engaged in inspection and testing activities
• Direct and support rework team members to ensure a high level of quality product
• Plan, promote, and coordinate training activities related to product quality and reliability
