Job Description
We are seeking an experienced employment attorney to join our San Diego office. The individual should have 3-6 years of employment litigation experience and excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
Requirements
- Analyzing client needs and determining case strategies
- Arguing motions in court on behalf of clients
- Communicating with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients
- Conducting research and drafting pleadings, briefs, and motions
- Drafting correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Working independently with a heavy caseload
