Our client's corporate group is seeking a 2-6 year associate to join its team in their Las Vegas or Reno locations. This is an opportunity to practice and become a community member in one of the fastest growing and resurgent areas of the country.
Requirements
- Relevant law firm experience working with companies and investors in debt and equity financings
- Emerging growth transactions, mergers and acquisitions and day-to-day corporate and governance matters
- Strong interest in pursuing a similar practice in the mountain west
