Job Description
Our Client in Wilmington NC is seeking an attorney with 3-7 years’ experience in employment law and/or commercial litigation and transactions. Duties will include advice work, contract review/drafting, litigation and administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in employment law and/or commercial litigation and transactions
- NC licensed and practice ready
- Excellent communication skills (especially written)
