Job Description
As an Intake Attorney, you will determine the viability of potential cases, sell the Firm's strengths, and manage client expectations. You will travel to locations to speak with clients, assist them through the intake process, and bring a positive attitude to the office.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least two years of experience working in plaintiff-side personal injury or employment
- Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close
- Ability to be empathetic yet persuasive
- Strong familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes in PI and employment
