A reputable law firm in Newport Beach is searching for a Junior Associate Attorney to help deliver exceptional litigation and transaction services. Experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, and other areas is encouraged.
Requirements
- Trial experience is a plus
- Construction litigation experience is a plus
- Experience with legal research, drafting of motions and discovery
- Independent work ethic
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience drafting and researching legal briefs
- Discovery experience, including both taking and defending depositions
