Job Description
Provide high level litigation support to attorneys and other legal staff in the office. Assist with document preparation, file review, depositions, trials and other litigation related activities. Maintain organized and detailed files and ensure that all information is up to date. The Paralegal will work closely with attorneys, partners and clients to prepare and deliver complex litigation documents. Responsible for compliance with all procedural rules, federal, state and local regulations, and firm policies. Maintain strong professional and client service skills to ensure exceptional service to clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Litigation Paralegal role
- AA/BA degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Certified Paralegal (CP) certification a plus
