Job Description
Loan Officer responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies, communicating with customers and internal departments, and verifying mortgage loan application information. A current, valid NMLS license is required, as well as two to five years' experience or completion of Xinnix Training for Loan Origination.
Requirements
- Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing
- Applicable state licensing
- Two to five years' experience preferred
- Xinnix Training completion for Loan Origination required for new Loan Officers
- Origination mentor assigned to new Loan Officer by branch who funds more than 2 loans/month
