Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated litigator to join our dynamic personal injury litigation and trial practice, working with one of the top trial lawyers in California and his team.
Requirements
- Managing a caseload of 30-40 cases as the lead attorney through all aspects of litigation from filing through trial
- Developing case strategies and theories
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Taking and defending depositions
- Engaging in settlement negotiations
- Acting as second chair in trials
- Maintaining client communication
- Overseeing and directing Paralegal and other support staff
