Senior Counsel Attorney - Corporate & Real Estate Transactions

The Senior Counsel role is responsible for overseeing the full scope of their respective practice area, including client service, business development, and team management. They will lead a team of attorneys and provide high-quality client service via effective team leadership and case management.

Requirements

• Oversee overall practice area, including client service, business development, and team management
• Delegate legal research and preparation of legal memoranda
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in corporate and real estate transactional matters
• Directly manage and lead team of attorneys
• Generate new business by personally securing new clientele and leading the Attorney team in building, retaining, and growing trusted client relationships
• Partner with executive team in developing new organizational practices and procedures
• Monitor and support team member functions
• Ensure preparation of legal documents and effective management of case materials
• Maintain effective coordination with opposing counsel and other involved parties
• Demonstrate core values of "Integrity, Hard Work, Excellence, and Team"
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
