Job Description
Exciting opportunity for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst with Property and Casualty insurance experience. The position involves working with the B2C team to support customer-facing applications and collaborate with business partners to engineer solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience as a business systems analyst
- Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Experience interpreting and writing Use Cases, Functional Requirements, Screen Specs, Mockups, Process flows, and User Manuals
- Technical proficiency with data flows and complex, integrated systems
- Outstanding organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work with remote users and collaborate with Development and QA teams
- Experience with CRM systems and Security Vulnerabilities
- Ability to lead User Acceptance Testing and User Training
