Job Description
The Loan Officer will drive loan origination for Genesis Capital by capturing and closing new targeted clients, cultivating existing clients, and increasing their business with Genesis. The role will be responsible for structuring loan terms, preparing and presenting LOI, and tracking activities in the company CRM.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in communications, sales, or business administration
- Real Estate License
- Strong understanding of the real estate and financial sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to interface with high-powered clients and their teams
- Ability to take initiative with a clear business purpose in mind
- Team Player
