Technical Automation Manager

The Automation Technician is responsible for programmable automation, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairing of automated systems and equipment used in garments production processes.

Requirements

• Arrange necessary machines for smooth operation before starting production.
• Introduce new technology for sewing machine operation.
• Implement new methods for process development within the sewing maintenance team.
• Develop sewing automation, PLC & HMI programming, machine or attachment design, and re-engineering of existing machines.
• Ensure operational efficiency of garments production equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.
• Work with IE, saving SMV, reduce machine breakdown time, maintenance cost, and loss time.
• Develop a preventive, periodic maintenance schedule and ensure proper implementation.
• Properly keep stock of spare parts and maintain stock summary as per date.
• Make proper planning for line layout setup like machine sorting, folder sorting, machine parts sorting, etc.
• Monitor all kinds of sewing machine parts issues and use on a daily basis.
• Sewing maintenance and IES team development and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
