Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 7–10 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role within HR Shared Services or Operations
- Proven expertise in HR operations, service delivery, and process optimisation in a complex environment
