Requirements
- Graduate level or equivalent qualification/experience
- Experience of providing high-quality customer or client service in a professional environment
- Experience of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Experience of working with a range of stakeholders, such as clients, senior colleagues and external suppliers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping and data management
