Oversee the Sanitation Department, responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the plant to maintain conformance to USDA standards.
Requirements
- Previous Sanitation experience is required
- Prior experience in food manufacturing plant or similar; meat experience strongly preferred
- Current or previous management or supervisor experience
- Extensive knowledge and technical skill in sanitation and meat processing jobs and chemicals
- Managerial skills; good interpersonal relations; ability to handle conflict
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Team Player with leadership skills
- Experience in leading groups of manufacturing employees
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
- Highly organized
- Spanish/English bilingual desired but not required
