BEEF MODERNIZATION SUPERVISOR

Drive food safety across the harvest floor and ensure efficient operations while maintaining a safe workplace and food safety on the Harvest floor. Provide strong leadership and management skills in a high-paced environment.

Requirements

• B.S. in Animal Science, Meat Science, Food Science or related science discipline
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the USDA or quality control area
• HACCP certification preferred
• Knowledge of Meat processing operations
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with leadership skills
