Requirements
- B.S. in Animal Science, Meat Science, Food Science or related science discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the USDA or quality control area
- HACCP certification preferred
- Knowledge of Meat processing operations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with leadership skills
