Job Description
The Sow Farm Manager is responsible for ensuring the caring for the welfare of the animals, managing farm employees, and producing high quality animals in a productive manner. The position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as experience in swine production and people management.
Requirements
- B.S degree in Animal Science or equivalent
- 3-5 years related experience in swine production
- Minimum of 1 year people management experience
- Valid non-expired Driver’s License
