Job Description
This individual will assist the Supervisor in the successful operation of the Department, assuming the Supervisors responsibilities in his/her absence as needed. Individual will be responsible for but not limited to monitoring employees, HACCP, SSOP's and other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor as needed. Person will be required to help with the Embrex process from the AM cycle/setup, processing of the entire set of eggs and the PM cycle/cleanup.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable working in hot, wet, and dusty areas
- Ability to push / pull 450 lb. buggies of chicks and eggs, and be able to lift 100 lbs.
- Excellent work, safety and attendance record
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
