LEAD FLOOR JANITOR 1ST SHIFT $21.50

Seeking an hourly Lead Floor Janitor Team Member to maintain cleanliness of floors, machinery, and trash, and oversee team members to cover departmental cleaning needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification
• Ability to clearly communicate with team members
• Good verbal, reading, and written communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Must be well-organized with good attention to detail
• Display strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work cooperation with others
• Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but unsupervised instructions and to deal with problems involving a different variables
• Strong desire to work hands-on work environment
• Good attendance and safety records
• Must be 18 years of age or older
