Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED, College Degree in related field preferred
• 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred
• Poultry or food industry experience a plus
• Effective communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
