The Commercialization Project Specialist's primary role is to lead the execution of projects for branded and private label products through the Pilgrim's/JBS stage gate process. This person acts cross functionally to drive on time and on budget product launches critical to the business success of the company.
Requirements
- Drive the development and execution of commercialization projects from concept to market launch
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Pilgrim’s/JBS Stage Gate Process
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to delivery
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, communication plans, timelines, risk trackers, and lessons learned for projects
- Track project milestones and KPIs, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Packaging, Regulatory, Creative, Brand Marketing, Category Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure alignment on commercialization objectives
- Identify and communicate risks and issues with appropriate teams while providing recommended solutions
- Help continuously improve the commercialization processes and best practices
- Other duties as assigned
