Job Description
As a Retail Store Manager at Wild Fork Foods, you will lead a team of brand ambassadors, manage store operations, and embody the company's core values to establish a dynamic and caring work environment.
Requirements
- Hire, retain, develop, and mentor a high performing team of employees
- Create an inspiring team environment with open communication, high energy, and respectful culture
- Maintain and replenish inventory, staying in communication with the distribution center and commercial team
- Develop a plan strategically designed to bring in more customers and increase their basket size
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is presentable and can function properly
