Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated individual to join our organization as a Sanitation Operation Superintendent, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the sanitation operations at our facility, ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations and implementing efficient sanitation practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Environmental Health, Public Health, or a related field
- Proven experience in sanitation management, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment
- Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations, including those specific to the industry
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
