Sanitation supervisor

Pilgrim's is looking for a Sanitation Supervisor to ensure the cleanliness and safety compliance of its Canton, GA processing plant. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sanitation procedures, leadership skills, and a passion for safety and team development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• College Degree in related field preferred
• 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20+ employees preferred
• Considerable knowledge of sanitation procedures and supervisory management practices
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus
• Effective communication both orally and in writing
• Capable of independent decision-making
• Proficient in MS Office software applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
