Sanitation Supervisor

As a Sanitation Supervisor at Pilgrim's, you will oversee sanitation activities, direct sanitation team members, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will work primarily on the production floor, coordinating sanitation duties, monitoring cleaning processes, and verifying compliance with USDA, OSHA, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Oversee and direct all sanitation activities to ensure the facility, equipment, and tools are cleaned and sanitized according to company, USDA, and regulatory standards.
• Lead, train, and schedule sanitation team members, ensuring proper execution of cleaning procedures and safe work practices.
• Maintain accurate sanitation records, including checklists, logs, corrective actions, and audit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, reinforcing PPE use, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe chemical handling throughout sanitation operations.
