Job Description
Store Team Lead supporting store leadership by overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, and ensuring store objectives are met.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant
- Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or management experience in a retail, grocery, or high-volume customer service environment
