Project Manager

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will support the Protein North America Division of products for JBT Corporation. You will plan and manage multiple projects, including coordination of materials and personnel, and manage the detailed technical schedule and financial performance of the project to deliver a quality product, on time, and within the project budget.

What You Will Do

On a given day, you may participate in proposal/budget review meetings, serve as the primary contact between JBT Marel and the customer, develop and manage project schedules, participate in onsite customer kick-off meetings, and resolve field installation problems.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Engineering, Business or related field
• Certification in Project Management (PMP through PMI or equivalent) preferred
• Knowledge of high-volume portioning, coating, frying, cooking, freezing, and refrigeration equipment and processes
• Technical background in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, and service disciplines
• Experience with project budgets
• Read and interpret engineering and assembly drawings
• Experience AutoCAD software
• Problem solving/root cause analysis techniques along with preventive and corrective action skills
• Microsoft Office software applications and presentations
• A working knowledge of ERP (Syteline 9) business system software
• Minimum three years' experience with Project Management in a capital equipment environment
