JCB is seeking an experienced Relocation Specialist to support and manage the full lifecycle of employee relocations. The role involves delivering a smooth transition experience through culturally competent assistance, strong customer service, and cross-team collaboration, helping employees successfully integrate into the community while supporting JCB's workforce and business objectives.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in relocation management, global mobility, or a related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in project management preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Self-starter mentality required.
• Strong understanding of relocation policies, practices, tax implications, and immigration considerations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple relocation cases in a rapid environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to support employees at all levels of the organization.
